The shipping fees within The Netherlands are:

Evening delivery + €0.99 on top of your current shipping costs

We are sad to inform you we do not ship to any other countries. 

If you require to return an item, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please fill in the return form on the back of your packing slip included in your order.
Make sure to re-package your items well, add the return form and send them to:

A refund will be given for the returned items only; normally within 14 days of receiving the returned package.
We will e-mail you a refund confirmation notice.

If you decide to return your complete order, we will also refund you your original shipping costs.

Shipping fees for returning a package are non-refundable.
Customized items may not be returned.

When inquiring about more information regarding returns please e-mail us at info@blond-amsterdam.com. In your e-mail, be sure to include either your order number, or name and address, plus the reason for your return.

If you have placed an order with us before noon, we will strive to ship your order the same day (excluding weekends and holidays).
Within The Netherlands, this can mean you will possibly receive your order the next day.
Outside of The Netherlands, delivery times may differ per country. Please bear in mind this might take somewhere between 3-7 working days.

Please note that our carriers usually deliver during business hours.

If your order fits through the mailbox, you will only pay a shipping fee of €2,95 for shipping within The Netherlands.

For shipment abroad full shipping fees will apply.

For an additional fee of €0,99 on top of your standard delivery fee, your order will be delivered to you in the evening, outside of office hours.
Please note this does not mean you will receive your order the same day. The same delivery times are adhered to, only the time of delivery at your door will be outside of office hours! 

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service outside of The Netherlands.
If you accidentally selected this option, please contact our customer service.

Blond Amsterdam offers you the opportunity to customise certain products, to make them even more personal.
To do so, click on the button "Add a personal text" next to the item of your choosing. If this button is not available, that product is sadly not available for customization.

For an additional fee of €4,50 you may then add a maximum of 20 characters to your item (letters & numbers only).
The text of your choosing will be applied by hand to your product, after which it will be baked in the oven at a steady 1000 degrees Celsius.

The date of delivery will therefore be extended to 5 business days.
Unfortunatly we cannot assist you. Please contact the retailer where your item was purchased.

We will try everything within our power to get your tableware to you in one piece!
Each item is carefully wrapped and packaged by hand.

Did you recieve a broken or damaged item? Please contact our customer service with a photo of the item(s) in question so we can see what we can do for you!
We will try our absolute best to help you.

Any damage to items should be reported to our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order.

Our packages are shipped by DHL Parcel.
For shipping abroad, packages might be transferred to a local carrier along the way.
