We are extremely confident that you will be pleased with your Blond-Amsterdam items; however, if you come up against some damages or other issues, we're happy to help you out. Simply e-mail us at webshop@blond-amsterdam.com


If you do require a return, we accept returns within 15 days of purchase. Shipping is not refundable. Please e-mail us for return instructions. In your e-mail, be sure to include either your Order number or name and address and the reason for your return. The product(s) must be returned in the original packaging. Once your return has been received, a credit will be given for the purchase price; normally within 1 to 2 weeks of receipt. At that time we will e-mail you a refund confirmation notice.

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service outside of the Netherlands. If you by accident selected this option, please contact customer service. 
Blond-Amsterdam offers you the opportunity to customise certain products. A maximum of 25 characters can be selected (letters & numbers only) for the product of your choosing from the Webshop. Whatever text you decide on will be applied by hand to your product, where it will subsequently go into the oven and be baked at a steady 1000 degrees Celsius. The date of delivery will therefore be extended by 5 days.
